Our campsite is vehicle free!  This includes the disabled campsite.

When you arrive at Big Church Day Out you will be directed into one of our camping car parks. You'll need to carry your luggage from there to your camping pitch. To make this much easier Mr Trolley will be on hand with their Trolleys but please take this into consideration when planning what to pack. For just £5 each way plus a £10 returnable deposit, you’ll have use of an off road trolley to transport all your belongings into the Campsite.  As long as you return your trolley within one hour you’ll get your £10 back.  If you have little ones in your party you can even rent a trolley for the weekend to pull them around site! (book in advance here - available while stocks last). Please ensure you return your trolley immediately so that others can make use of it.

Before finding a place to pitch you’ll need to visit the Campsite Check-In to collect your wristbands, pick up a programme and ask any questions.  The campsite team will be on hand to direct you and help you to settle in and our campsite shop will stock essentials that you might have forgotten, such as tent pegs or airbeds. If you're registered disabled and need to camp in the Disabled Campsite please tell our Check-In team on arrival.

Please note that arriving later may mean a slightly longer walk to get to the campsite.
