We're asking all team members to submit a photo with their application. This is partly as a security measure as we may need to match your photo to you when you arrive on site. This is particularly the case if you are working in a sensitive role such as Safeguarding Team or Children's Venue Steward.


We'll also ask the person providing your reference to confirm that the photo is you.

One more reason is because we just like to know what our volunteers look like! It helps us if we need to find you at the event or spot you in amongst the rest of the Team.


You'll need to submit a photo of yourself (just you – head and shoulders shot) with your application. You'll also need to provide details of two referees who have known you for at least a year, who are are over 18 and who are not related to you. Make sure you have these details ready, as you'll be asked for them during the application process.
