Unfortunately, as stated on our ticketing Terms & Conditions, we’re not able to refund or change tickets once purchased. We get so many requests that we have to be quite strict and as the cost of putting on the event far exceeds the income that we generate from tickets, giving refunds really does have an impact on the event.
